Nothing is produced until you pay, so you can reshape an order at any point before payment.

How to change an order

  1. Open the confirmation email you received when you submitted the order.
  2. Reply to it with what you want to change.
  3. A person answers, usually within one business day, with the adjusted scope and price.
  4. When you're happy, pay using the link. Production starts once payment clears.

What you can ask for

  • A different scope: more or fewer pieces, a different pack or a different service level.
  • A different price for an unusual brief.
  • Topic changes, for example if you're not sure about the topics yet.
  • Timing: a deadline, or pacing a large batch over weeks.
  • Destination questions, for example whether our network covers your niche.

Prefer to ask before ordering?

Use the contact form. Tell us what you want to achieve and we'll say what we'd do, what it costs and how long it takes, before you commit to anything.

After you've paid

Once payment clears, production starts. If something needs to change after that, contact us with your order details as soon as possible.

  • Corrections to delivered work that doesn't match your brief are free.
  • A materially different brief (new offer, new audience, new topic) is quoted as new work. We'll tell you which it is before doing anything. See Something is wrong: corrections and revisions.
