- We confirm a delivery date with you within about one business day of payment.
- How long the work takes depends on how much you ordered and where it's being published. Larger orders are scheduled, not rushed out all at once.

- Say so in your brief and we'll prioritise the order.
- Choose Pro or Complete. Both include faster publishing, which moves your order ahead of the normal queue. See Service levels.
- Standard is the fastest to publish once work is ready. A piece goes live the moment it clears the QA gate. On Pro and Complete, publishing waits for your approval.

If you have questions about timing or scope, reply to your confirmation email before paying. A person answers within about one business day.

After payment, we build the blog, apply your branding, secure it, then write and publish three launch articles. On launch day you receive the live address and your delivery report.
Large packs
