Subscriptions, renewals and refunds

Nothing renews or charges automatically. Here is when a refund applies.

Is there a subscription?

No. Sales pages and articles are one-time purchases. There's no subscription, retainer or minimum, and there's nothing to cancel.

Order twelve articles, disappear for six months and come back for more. Nothing was charging you in between.

Does anything renew or bill automatically?

No, never. We don't store payment methods or set up recurring charges.

The only service that runs for a period is the dedicated blog, which covers twelve months. To keep it after that, you choose to renew. We email you before the date. See How dedicated blog renewal works.

Do I pay monthly to keep a page live?

No. Pages on your own domain live at your address. Pages on our subdomain or network stay live with us with no recurring fee.

Refunds

Our Terms of Service cover these cases:

  • Before you pay, nothing has been charged. Submitting an order is free, and the contract only forms when payment completes.
  • If we can't take your order on, because it's outside what we do or against our acceptable use rules, we tell you and refund anything already paid.
  • If we stop work for acceptable-use reasons after production has started, we refund anything paid for work not yet delivered and tell you why.

Not happy with the work?

We fix it. If delivered work doesn't match the brief you confirmed, we correct it at no charge. See Something is wrong: corrections and revisions.

For anything else about a payment, email hello@seosellers.com. A person will answer.
