Work isn't published just because it's been written. Every page and article must pass an automated quality review first, whether the order is free or paid.
The gate can't be skipped by us or anyone else. It runs against the real, rendered page, not a draft in a document.
The five core checks
- Everything loads. Every link resolves and every image renders, with no dead buttons or broken artwork.
- Everything is readable. Text colour contrast is measured against accessibility thresholds on phone and desktop, not eyeballed on one bright screen.
- Search engines can read it. The structured markup validates, and the title, description and headings are present, unique and the right length.
- Your brand is right. Names, colours, offers and details are checked against your brief.
- Claims trace to a source. Every factual statement must come from somewhere, usually your brief. No invented numbers.
Also checked before going live
- Written to the brief you confirmed: scope, audience and keyword all match.
- Reads as original work in your voice, not a spun or padded template.
- Renders correctly on phone and desktop.
- The live URL is reachable over HTTPS, is in the sitemap and is submitted to search engines.
- Published on the destination you chose.
When a check fails
- The piece goes back to production with the failure attached. It's fixed and checked again until every check passes.
- You never see the failed version. "It mostly passed" isn't a status that exists.
- You're never asked to spot the problem, and the retry costs you nothing.
- The delivery date we agreed stays the same.
When every check passes
The piece publishes to your chosen destination and its live URL goes on your delivery report. On Pro and Complete, it comes to you for approval first. See Can I approve work before it goes live?
